We discovered, are developing and control 100% worldwide rights to our proprietary uroguanylin based GI platform that includes one commercial product, TRULANCE® (plecanatide), and a second lead product candidate, dolcanatide.
We are based in New York City, with research, technical operations and commercial offices in suburban Philadelphia. Synergy [SGYP] became a public company in July 2008 and is currently listed on NASDAQ.
