Giving back isn't just a checkbox; it is ingrained in our culture and values.
During our Quarterly Service Days, we step away from our daily work and other commitments to serve nonprofits that make a real difference in people's lives.
Four times a year, we roll up our sleeves and get to work, preparing meals, packing food boxes, mentoring students, and supporting organizations that serve our most vulnerable community members.
Since committing to Pledge 1% several years ago, community service has become an integral part of our culture.
We live this value not just by accelerating clinical research, but also by how we show up for the most vulnerable in our community.
We believe that companies in life sciences and healthcare have a unique responsibility and opportunity to give back. We're in the business of improving lives, and that mission extends beyond our day-to-day work to the communities where we live, operate, and engage.
The challenges we see in clinical research, like lack of awareness and access barriers, mirror those faced by the nonprofits we serve. Our Quarterly Service Days remind us why we do what we do and connect us to the human impact of our work.

Fighting hunger by packing emergency food boxes for families across the region.

Serving meals and providing hospitality to our neighbors experiencing homelessness and food insecurity.
Preparing medically-tailored meals for individuals living with serious illnesses.
Welcoming families to the RMHC Holiday Workshop and assisting them with gift selections, wrapping, and restocking inventory.
Coaching and mentoring high school students in North Philadelphia, supporting their academic and career development.
Supporting children, teens, and families impacted by grief and addiction.
Write messages of support and care for Eluna’s campers at Camp Erin and/or Camp Mariposa (grief and addiction camps)
